We’re seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager who’s passionate about design excellence and thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. What You’ll Do

• Lead project operations and mentor junior team members.
• Drive design development, zoning/code analysis, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring visions to life.
• Coordinate across disciplines including structural, civil, and MEP engineering.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design integrity throughout the build.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and project strategy.

What You Bring

• 3–8 years of experience in architectural project management, especially in multi-family and mixed-use developments.
• Mastery of REVIT, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong grasp of building codes, materials, and systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A degree in Architecture; licensure is a plus but not required.
