We’re seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager who’s passionate about design excellence and thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. If you’re fluent in REVIT and construction documentation, and excited to lead impactful projects from concept to completion, this is your opportunity to grow and make a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project operations and mentor junior team members.
- Drive design development, zoning/code analysis, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring visions to life.
- Coordinate across disciplines including structural, civil, and MEP engineering.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design integrity throughout the build.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and project strategy.
What You Bring
- 3–8 years of experience in architectural project management, especially in multi-family and mixed-use developments.
- Mastery of REVIT, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong grasp of building codes, materials, and systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A degree in Architecture; licensure is a plus but not required.
