Key Responsibilities:

• Apply adult learning principles and instructional writing best practices to transform existing course summaries into clear, effective written training content.

• Translate complex sales, product, and operational information into accessible, learner-friendly written content.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across product, sales, services, and operations to validate accuracy and fill knowledge gaps.

• Align written deliverables with TOUGHBOOK University’s structure, tone, and instructional goals.

• Edit and revise content for clarity, grammar, and instructional effectiveness.

• Manage deadlines and maintain version control across multiple projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience writing instructional, technical, or sales enablement content in a business setting.

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and real-world usability.

• Strong ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them through clear, structured writing.

• Proven application of adult learning theory and instructional writing fundamentals.

• Self-directed and organized, with experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environment.
