Description
This individual’s primary responsibility is the ownership of tier-two through tier-three level troubleshooting of the environment and the forward-looking strategy and architecture of the desktop environment of tomorrow.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
List the main tasks
• Provide on-site support for at least 200 End-users in a rapidly growing environment
• Provide level 2 & 3 face to face support for issues that include Network Connectivity, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Lenovo Hardware, Zebra RF devices, A/V Setups, etc.
• Responsible for working and logging all support-related tickets into our IT instance of ServiceNow
• Assist with the management of all IT assets
• Work on project/task-based work annually
• Continually work on updating and providing new documentation as needed
• Uphold and enforce company IT policies, securities and best practices
• Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends and some holidays)

Hardware, Printers, Windows OS, MS Office, Intune, Zebra printers, RF scanner
