Executive Support, IT Systems Admin (HIRING ASAP)

Description

Our client is seeking a strong, seasoned IT Admin/Tier 3 Desktop Specialist to work in their corporate campus near Morris Plains, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 8+ Years of technical support of hardware, software, ticketing systems and strong documentation(knowledge articles). Ideal candidate MUST HAVE experience working with and directly supporting C-Suite executives with troubleshooting, how to's and presentations both virtual and on site including conference room technology.

Technical Skills

Desktop, Executive support, End user support, Windows, Office 365, Customer service, Hardware, ServiceNow, PowerShell, SCCM OR MS Intune, D365

MUST HAVE MS Intune and SCCM OR PowerShell experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have Shell scripting, SCCM skills or Intune skills. Must also work as "smart hands" for local network/security/firewall troubleshooting and support.
