Position Profile: Pricing Analyst

Join Ricoh as a Pricing Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies for our Strategic and Enterprise customers. You'll work across Ricoh's diverse portfolio of products and services, using data-driven insights to develop compelling financial proposals that align with both customer needs and corporate objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and profitability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Deal Managers to develop and present innovative pricing strategies that align with customer requirements and Ricoh's business goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Services Operations to ensure pricing structures support strategic service initiatives and foster business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive and internal benchmarking to inform market-aligned pricing and financial models.
  • Consolidate complex pricing proposals into clear, customer-facing formats to support effective communication and decision-making.
  • Lead international pricing initiatives, working with global Ricoh regions to align sales, financial, and pricing structures for multinational proposals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales support with a focus on pricing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in additional languages to support international negotiations.
  • Advanced certifications in pricing strategy or financial analysis.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.
  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 20%).
  • Requires the ability to interpret and apply complex data and materials.
  • Minimal physical effort; primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting (under 10 lbs).
  • Moderate dexterity needed for regular use of tools such as calculators and keyboards.
