Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to assist in the construction document and construction administration phases of projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce and coordinate construction documents independently and contribute effectively to project development with limited supervision. This role requires initiative, problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate should be able to focus on multiple concurrent projects in various stages of development and communicate clearly through both oral and written communication.


Responsibilities

  • Assist project leadership during construction document and construction administration phases.
  • Produce and coordinate construction documents independently.
  • Contribute to project development with limited supervision.
  • Exhibit initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Communicate clearly through oral and written communication.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to complete full sets of construction documents.
  • Minimum 5 years of US experience in residential architecture and mixed-use commercial projects.
  • Ability to ask questions proactively and seek detailed information.
