Job Description:
- Oversee and design a wide variety of land development projects—residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use
- Manage and develop site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, erosion and sedimentation control plans
- Conduct site investigations and interpret state and local engineering design standards
- Prepare and/or assist with concept plans, subdivision plans, site plans, and technical reports
- Regularly coordinate with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and internal team members
Qualifications:
- NJ P.E. License Preferred
- E.I.T. Certification Required
- 5 – 10+ years of relevant experience in civil/site design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software (HydroCAD or similar)
- Experience with land development and site design
- Knowledge of stormwater management, grading, erosion & sediment control, and utility design
- Familiarity with NJDEP regulatory permitting, subdivision, and site plan approvals
