The IT Product Manager for Global Communications is a strategic leader within the Enterprise Information Technology team, responsible for developing and executing technology solutions that empower our global communications function. This role partners closely with communications leaders, content creators, and IT teams to deliver applications and services that enhance communication effectiveness, support global messaging, and drive innovation in how we engage internal and external audiences.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$139,600.00 - $219,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead and manage IT applications supporting global communications, serving as the main point of contact for these solutions. Own the product roadmap and demand pipeline, ensuring alignment with the company's communications strategy and business goals.
- Vision & Principles: Define and communicate the vision and strategy for communications technology products, maximizing value and driving measurable outcomes.
- Prioritization: Ruthlessly prioritize high-impact work that advances communications capabilities, continuously reassessing priorities as new insights and data emerge.
- Discovery & User Research: Lead ongoing discovery activities (user research, interviews, surveys, usability testing) in partnership with communications stakeholders and UX/Design teams to validate assumptions and inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with global communications, IT, and business stakeholders, securing input and incorporating feedback into product development.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and coach a cross-functional squad, including indirect reports and external partners, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Delivery & Agile Practices: Empower the team to deliver development work effectively using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Groom best-in-class product features with detailed analysis of impact vs. value.
- Content & Workflow Enablement: Deliver high-value application solutions that improve communication workflows, content management, and stakeholder engagement for communications teams.
- Change Management: Partner with Divisional IT Communications & Change Leads to ensure best practices in branding, communication reviews, and change management.
- Feedback Management: Implement mechanisms to collect and act on stakeholder feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of communications products.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for assigned squad(s), ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5+ years in Technical Product Management supporting IT applications or technology solutions.
- Strong experience building and supporting large-scale IT solutions using modern technologies.
- Demonstrated success working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and with agile teams.
- Hands-on experience with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, and collaboration tools; comfortable producing roadmap artifacts and prioritization documentation.
- Exceptional prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen; strategic, analytical, and innovative; proactive and self-directed.
- Effective at navigating whitespace/greenfield opportunities.
- Critical thinker who can effectively embrace new ideas and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with communications stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative; able to foster an inclusive team culture across a global organization.
- Experience motivating and leading teams with and without authority.
- Certified Scrum Product Manager or equivalent certification.
- Experience working on Agile teams and knowledge of the Scrum framework.
- Experience supporting communications, content management, or stakeholder engagement solutions in a global enterprise context.
