About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team! As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping connect them with licensed agents for insurance quotes. If you have a passion for customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity to work from home and grow your skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls using our dialer system to screen potential customers
• Identify interest in insurance quotes and warm-transfer qualified leads to licensed agents
• Maintain high-quality standards through transfer and bind rate metrics
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent our brand with professionalism

What You’ll Need:

• 1–2 years of experience in a call center, sales, or similar role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A personal computer and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Strong communication, time management, and typing skills
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
• Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• If working Saturdays, you’ll have Sunday off and can choose another weekday off.
