Job Description

We are looking for an energetic self-starter to work on a diverse range of projects including retail, healthcare, office, warehouse, mixed-use, and residential. Candidates should be customer service-oriented, task-focused, diligent, versatile, and efficient. Our fast-paced, dynamic environment requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical drawings throughout all phases of a project.
- Provide experiential and technical knowledge to solve design and construction issues.
- Communicate priorities to both internal and external project teams.
- Ensure quality for work products.
- Develop and enforce CAD/Revit standards.
- Assist the Principal in preparing project schedules and implementing the project work plan.
- Interact with outside consultants and agencies.
- Work collaboratively with a team on larger projects.
Essential Skills
- Architectural degree from an accredited university.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice.
- Experience in construction is a must.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Experience in Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial projects. Multifamily experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and phases simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of CAD and Revit software.
- Proficient in development and documentation standards for design and construction drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Versatile and efficient in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to commute within 45 minutes.
- Proficiency in construction document, construction administration, project management, and design development.
- Experience in schematic design and construction drawings.
- Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Capability to coordinate projects with team members and consultants.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
