Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. Utilize Procore to handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to public project requirements and regulatory standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Utilize Procore to handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to public project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with a General Contractor on public projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Procore for project management tasks (RFIs, change orders, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Experience with multi-million-dollar public projects.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
- Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Work with a leading public bid contractor, managing projects from inception to completion. Utilize technologies such as Procore and scheduling software to ensure project success. Engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on safety and efficiency.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Towaco, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
