Responsibilities

  • Work closely with production teams to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions.
  • Analyze data on quality metrics such as defect rates and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure that products are designed with quality in mind.
  • Conduct audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives using advanced root cause analysis and statistical techniques to drive long-term process improvements.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proficiency in CMM programming and vision systems.
  • Knowledge of metrology and PCDMIS.
  • Experience with programming using automated equipment.
  • Familiarity with tight tolerances and industry standards.
  • Must have experience in medical device or aerospace/defense industry.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Trenton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
