About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Solderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in precision soldering and be comfortable working with small components under a microscope. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform soldering on electronic components and assemblies according to specifications.
• Inspect and verify solder joints using microscopes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in soldering electronic components.
• Proficiency in using microscopes for inspection and assembly work.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

This is a Permanent position based out of Upper Saddle River, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Upper Saddle River,NJ.
