Job Description

A leading concrete repair contractor is seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage restoration projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of construction initiatives, focusing on concrete repair and restoration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee concrete restoration projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Handle project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Utilize Procore for project management and documentation purposes.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on site.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in concrete and concrete repair techniques.
• Experience in masonry work.
• Ability to effectively use Procore software.
• Strong understanding of RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in construction management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman.

Work Environment
