- Support administrative tasks for maintenance manager and department
- Transcribe Spanish verbiage to English and vise versa
- Communicate with internal parties effectively
- Manage data entry tasks through Yardi and MS Suite
-Process work orders through system Yardi and properly communicate with tenants
-Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and tenants
- Multitasking with phone calls and computer skills
