MUST HAVE:
- 2 years within the healthcare customer service field or 2 years of call center experience
- Must sit in CA, AZ, NM, TX, NV
- Speak one of these languages (Fluently)
- Cantonese
- Mandarin
- Vietnamese
- Korean
Start Date: August 18, 2025
Hourly Rate: $23
Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
Work Schedule: Shifts will vary within our business hours of 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST. Weekend rotation and some holiday coverage will be required.
