Job Description
Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and performance benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components across diverse platforms, optimizing system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Design and deploy control algorithms and systems tailored to specific operational requirements.
- Utilize simulation tools, modeling techniques, and analytical methods to enhance system performance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality electrical components.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in electrical engineering best practices.
- Produce clear, detailed technical documentation to support project transparency.
- Monitor and incorporate emerging trends and innovations in electrical engineering and related technologies.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in power systems, CAD tools, simulation software, circuit design, and control systems.
- 7 years of experience in electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to obtain a clearance or already possess one.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships.
Work Environment
The position is on-site with working hours from 8 am to 4 pm. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans and polo shirts.
