Case Worker

Position Overview

We are seeking a Case Worker to guide clients through the tax relief process, serving as their primary advocate and point of contact. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Conduct consultations, collect financial documentation, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs.
• Communication & Support: Act as the main liaison for clients, providing timely updates and clear guidance throughout their case.
• Collaboration: Partner with legal and tax professionals to develop strategies and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies.
• Follow-up & Documentation: Monitor case progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accurate records in the case management system.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years in case management, tax resolution, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.

This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
