About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Worker to support individuals and businesses through the tax resolution process. This role involves managing client cases, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Conduct consultations, gather financial documents, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, offering updates and guidance throughout the resolution process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal and tax professionals to develop case strategies and submit documentation to relevant agencies.
- Documentation & Follow-up: Maintain accurate records, track case progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years in case management and tax resolution
- Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
