Facilities Maintenance Technician HIRING IMMEDIETLY!

Description:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry
• Prepare apartments and units for new residents, ensuring every space is clean, functional, and welcoming
• Support and guide junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping them grow
• Handle routine fixes like replacing locks, lighting, and appliances
• Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard
• Experience in general contracting, carpentry, or property maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to repairs
• A valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with appliance repair, basic electrical work, and remodeling

Pay & Shift:

• Regular day shift Monday to Friday
• Pay is starting from $21/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALLSTON SPA, NY.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
