Job Title: Procurement Specialist

A dynamic and mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalProcurement Analystto support its purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on procurement metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Support the implementation of procurement systems and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and procurement software (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
