Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
The Corporate Recruiter plays a vital role in delivering high-quality professional candidates while guiding hiring managers through the selection process. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services, focusing on corporate positions including IT, Plant and Transportation Operations, Merchandising, and other essential functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15–20 requisitions across various departments.
- Maintain organized applicant records and track recruitment analytics; report weekly and monthly results.
- Prescreen candidates and review resumes for alignment with job requirements.
- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms including newspapers, professional organizations, and online resources.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, external recruiting pages, university career centers, and in-house ATS (currently Kronos; transitioning to Breezy).
- Provide comprehensive and inspiring information to candidates about the company and role.
- Conduct reference checks and present findings to hiring managers.
- Extend offers and negotiate compensation in coordination with hiring managers and HR Director.
- Respond promptly to day-to-day recruitment inquiries and issues.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
- Proven success recruiting across corporate functions, including Technology, Marketing, and Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
- Experience managing a high-volume workload of 15–20 requisitions simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years recruiting exempt-level positions
- Experience sourcing candidates across Technology, Finance, Marketing, Administrative, Management, and Hourly roles
- Experience in a fast-paced Human Resources environment preferred
- Technical Skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Kronos; transitioning to Breezy)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
