🏙️ Project Manager (Multifamily & Mixed-Use | Hybrid Brooklyn)

Lead high-impact residential and mixed-use projects in a collaborative, design-focused studio.

We’re hiring a Project Manager with 10+ years of architectural experience to oversee multifamily, mixed-use, and cultural projects across NYC and NJ. This is a hybrid role based in Downtown Brooklyn, ideal for someone with strong Revit skills, construction administration experience, and a passion for leading teams and delivering quality design.

🔍 About the Role

You’ll manage project design, drawing production, consultant coordination, and construction administration. You’ll mentor junior staff, lead client communication, and ensure compliance with NYC/NJ codes and DOB procedures. Projects range from mid-rise to high-rise multifamily buildings and mixed-use developments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development, drawing production, and construction administration
• Manage consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, acoustics, expeditors)
• Review DOB objections and ensure code compliance
• Oversee RFIs, ASIs, and drawing submittals
• Mentor junior staff and report to leadership
• Coordinate client communication and project schedules

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of architectural experience, with 2+ years managing NYC/NJ projects
• Strong experience in multifamily and mixed-use projects
• Proficiency in Revit (Enscape plug-ins a plus), AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software
• Familiarity with NYC DOB processes, building codes, and zoning
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Interior design experience is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of brooklyn, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
