Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Picker)
Job Description
The Picking Representative works in the fulfillment warehouse and is responsible for accurately picking and verifying customer orders. This role supports overall warehouse operations and may assist with packing and shipping as needed. The position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders based on transfer orders and system instructions.
- Verify product and order accuracy during all picking steps.
- Replenish inventory and supplies to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to LEAN 5S standards.
- Meet assigned productivity and accuracy KPIs.
- Follow all fulfillment SOPs, policies, and work instructions.
- Use required PPE and follow safety guidelines.
- Assist with packing and shipping duties as needed.
- Support overtime or extended hours based on business needs.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to prevent errors.
Essential Skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills including log-in, navigation, and system use.
- Willingness to follow SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or order-picking experience.
- SAP and/or RF scanner experience.
- Inventory management familiarity.
- Experience handling electronics or regulated products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operation.

Work Environment
The work environment is a dedicated testing and repair facility within a clean, organized manufacturing setting. It involves a mix of hands-on bench work, light logistics, and technical troubleshooting in a collaborative environment. The role may require standing, bending, and occasional lifting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
