Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with over 7 years of experience to oversee renovations at a significant property, the D'Youville Medical Campus in Buffalo, NY.
• This project, with a budget of $30M-$35M, is expected to last between 12 to 18 months with more local projects to follow.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete a $30M+ construction project.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage change orders and ensure project completion within budget and time constraints.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong skills in budget management and resource planning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience in healthcare construction projects is advantageous.
