Customer Service Representative – Entry Level
Location: Chester, NY (Hybrid - 75% remote after six months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–9:00 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM–11:00 PM)
Are you looking for a dynamic role in customer service with opportunities for growth and flexibility? Join our Field Support Center team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll help coordinate technicians supporting high-speed internet services in customer homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch service technicians and installers to assist customers.
- Monitor technicians’ locations and work schedules.
- Update customer accounts and reschedule missed appointments.
- Maintain accurate service records and operational reports.
What You Bring:
- Customer service experience (1–2 years preferred).
- Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle inbound calls.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
