Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves assembling metal cabinets, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of the final product.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal cabinets according to provided instructions.
• Operate band saw and glass cutting machines efficiently.
• Utilize basic hand tools and power drills for assembly tasks.
• Count and organize nuts, screws, bolts, and other small components.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure precision.
• Safely stack and store assembled cabinets.

Essential Skills

• Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and hand drills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Wearing steel toe boots is mandatory.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing environment, operating on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Safety gear such as steel toe boots is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
