✅ Top Must-Haves

1. 4+ years of professionalRF/Microwave testing and lab management
2. Deep RF Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with RF/Microwave theory, component testing, and tools like Vector Network Analyzers.
3. Leadership & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage a lab environment, lead a small team, and take full responsibility for testing operations.
4. Customer-Facing Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate directly with customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support with confidence.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Lab: Design, maintain, and optimize test setups for high-performance SMT capacitors, resistors, and inductors.
• Hands-On Testing: Perform advanced measurements using Vector Network Analyzers and Probe Analyzers.
• Customer-Facing Engineering: Collaborate directly with customers to troubleshoot and provide technical insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive innovation and excellence.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Manage a small team of engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

🎓 What You Bring

• Education: Master’s in Electronic Engineering (MSEE)
• Experience: 4+ years in RF/Microwave testing and lab management
• Technical Skills:
  • Mechanical: Hand tools, SMT, PCB handling
  • Software: Excel (Macros), Visual Basic, LabVIEW, AutoCAD
  • CAE Tools: Sonnet, HFSS, SPICE
  • Statistical Tools: ReliaSoft, Minitab
