We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC units including chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems. Your expertise in HVAC refrigeration and preventative maintenance will be crucial to ensuring our systems operate smoothly.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct HVAC refrigeration repairs and maintenance.
- Handle HVAC installation and piping tasks with precision.
- Perform boiler and chiller repairs as needed.
- Utilize blueprints to guide installation and repair processes.
- Expertise in HVAC installation, fitting, and system maintenance.
- Proficiency in piping, threading, brazing, and air conditioning troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with central plant HVAC systems.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- OSHA 30 certification.
- SST 10 certification is preferred but not required.

Work EnvironmentThe position involves service calls throughout NYC, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
