Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for safely transporting merchandise to various areas within the warehouse using hand pallet jacks. You will sort and distribute merchandise, including creating pallets and stacking boxes. Operating an RF scanner accurately is essential, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Safety is a top priority, and occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

• Transport merchandise safely within the warehouse using hand pallet jacks.
• Sort and distribute merchandise, including creating pallets and stacking boxes.
• Operate an RF scanner accurately.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize safety at all times.
• Work occasional required overtime based on business needs.
• Handle heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds per person, using the two-person lift model.

• Experience in packing, wrapping, crating, and material handling.
• Ability to pack and stock boxes, label items, and operate scanning equipment.
• 6 months plus experience in shipping, receiving, and logistics.

• Organized, professional, flexible, detail-oriented, and energetic.

This is a long-term position within a reputable company, offering stability and growth opportunities.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring organization, professionalism, and energy. The position involves sorting, splitting, distributing, and transporting merchandise. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Island City, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
