You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse architectural projects—particularly in the retail and restaurant sectors—while contributing to a team that values creativity, precision, and professional growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop clear, accurate, and high‑quality Construction Documents
  • Work side‑by‑side with the Project Manager and Drafters to solve design and coordination challenges
  • Review drawings, create redlines, and ensure all documentation meets firm and code standards
  • Lead and organize site visits, field surveys, and project assessments
  • Bring proactive energy—contributing ideas, anticipating needs, and showing the drive to grow into higher‑level roles

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • 3–6 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in technical roles
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of building codes and zoning regulations
  • Proven experience preparing Construction Documents

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in Construction Administration
  • Experience in Retail and Restaurant project types
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam and Photoshop
  • Architectural licensure (or progress toward it) is a plus

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melville, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
