Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize daily warehouse operations within our fast paced food manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for coordinating logistics, ensuring accurate inventory control, and upholding strict safety and quality standards required in a regulated production environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing both people and processes to keep product flow running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and route trucks efficiently to optimize delivery schedules.
• Open and close the warehouse, ensuring security and organization.
• Operate a forklift safely and effectively for loading and unloading goods.
• Manage inventory, including conducting regular cycle counts.
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate shipping records for all outgoing and incoming shipments.

Requirements

• Experience using ERP systems for inventory, shipping, and production support.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food‑safety protocols, or HACCP standards is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Experience leading warehouse workflows, including shipping, receiving, and material flow.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Hyde Park, NY.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Hyde Park,NY.
