Job Title: Fire Watchman / Site Laborer
Job Description
Ensure the safety of welding structural framework on the exterior of a building in Manhattan by closely monitoring all welding activities. Perform general labor tasks on large scale commercial job sites.
Responsibilities
- Monitor welding operations to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Watch over the welding structural framework to prevent and address any potential hazards.
- Maintain a constant presence in the designated area to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Perform construction general labor tasks on job site including moving tools and materials, site clean up, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Possession of F60 & G60 certifications.
- Completion of OSHA 30 and SST (Site Safety Training) courses.
- Must have experience working on large scale construction sites performing site labor or doing fire watch

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
