We’re seeking an experienced Civil 3D CAD Technician! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects while working in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create and modify detailed civil engineering drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Set up new projects and ensure compliance with CAD standards and workflows.
• Provide training and support to team members on Civil 3D and other relevant tools.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all technical drawings in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support design development and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Civil 3D in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering design processes.
• Experience with project setup, standards implementation, and CAD support.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, OpenRoads Designer, and Bentley MicroStation is a strong plus.

Preferred Education

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
