Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors.
- Conduct site walkthroughs.
- Manage construction documents and reporting tasks.
Essential Skills
- 4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
- Restaurant or hospitality interior construction experience.
- Experience collaborating with Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on site.
- Ability to work on site 10% of the time.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute on meetings with subcontractors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Scheduling, Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, and communication with subcontractors and trades.
- Ground-up and healthcare experience.
Work Environment
The work environment includes diverse projects throughout NYC, Long Island, and parts of upstate New York. The office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
