Role Overview

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll support project designers and senior engineers in developing high-performance electrical systems. Your work will focus on system coordination, arc flash mitigation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You’ll conduct site evaluations, review technical documentation, and contribute to the successful delivery of technically demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to tailor electrical systems to meet client needs and project goals.
• Conduct on-site surveys and document existing electrical one-line diagrams.
• Review shop drawings and verify overcurrent protection device sizing and settings.
• Maintain and contribute to internal design standards, checklists, and best practices.
• Attend project meetings independently or with senior staff to gather technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination challenges in collaboration with project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical system design.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data center and healthcare facility projects.
• EIT certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
