Job Title: Bilingual Account Development Executive

Location: Manhattan, NY

Compensation: Base + Commission (Up to $350 per partner converted)

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new delivery initiative launching in your area. As a Account Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in recruiting local businesses to join a confidential delivery partner program. You’ll work closely with a Field Manager and a team of local contractors to identify, engage, and onboard qualified businesses. This role involves direct outreach, community engagement, and event coordination. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, building relationships, and making a tangible impact in their community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective businesses in Manhattan
  • Present and pitch the delivery partner program to generate interest and applications
  • Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process
  • Track leads and manage your pipeline using Salesforce
  • Support planning and execution of local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)
  • Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development groups
  • Import and manage data using Excel and Salesforce on a weekly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and urgency
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily
  • Experience in field sales or customer negotiation is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus
