Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Prepare competitive bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to review blueprints and specifications.
• Utilize Procore, Plan SWIFT, and Building Connected for estimation and project management.
• Support interior renovation projects in hospitality, retail, and restaurant sectors.
• Assist general contractors with healthcare construction and ground-up developments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator with a General Contractor.
• Expertise in interior renovations for hospitality, retail, or restaurant projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proficiency in Procore, Plan SWIFT, and Building Connected.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare construction experience is a plus.
• Ground-up construction experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-office role (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
• Company-provided equipment and software.
