Construction Project Manager Opening – NYC General Contractor!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage up to four construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents to ensure project progress and alignment.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with all industry regulations.
• Occasionally work weekends to meet project deadlines and demands.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead subcontractor meetings and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience managing Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.

Preferred Experience

• Restaurant or hospitality interior construction experience.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant projects.
• Expertise in scheduling, subcontractor communication, Requests for Information, Change Orders, and submittals.
• Healthcare construction experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-office role (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
