The Job:
The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design across key product areas, shaping the overall user experience from early concept through final delivery. This role partners closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define user-centered solutions, translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences, and influence product strategy through design thinking and systems-level approaches.
They will utilize a full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills while helping ensure a high-quality, cohesive user experience across platforms and markets.

The Daily - Major Activities:
• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences across product features and platforms, from concept through production.
• Deliver high-quality design artifacts across all phases of the product lifecycle, including user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.
• Translate product strategy and user insights into thoughtful interaction patterns and scalable design solutions.
• Design and evolve scalable interface patterns and contribute to the development and adoption of the design system across multiple platforms and markets.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers to define product direction and deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Partner with user researchers to interpret user insights and incorporate research findings into product design decisions.
• Contribute to high-level product strategy discussions and influence roadmap decisions through design thinking and user-centered insights.
• Navigate ambiguity and transform complex problems into clear, elegant design solutions.
• Mentor and provide feedback to other designers and help promote strong design practices within the team.
• Help foster a collaborative and supportive design culture focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.

The Essentials:
• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design, ideally working on complex digital products.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and deliver end-to-end product experiences from concept through launch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, user-centered design processes, and high-quality interaction and visual design work.
• Deep experience creating design artifacts including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
• Ability to influence product strategy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in complex product environments.
• Experience designing cohesive cross-platform experiences including mobile and web.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred location in the New York City area with the ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in office).

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Warner Bros. Discovery through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Warner Bros. Discovery.
