Overview:
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex ad tech initiatives. Role is execution-focused, responsible for delivery governance, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, ad sales, ad operations, data, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and delivery of multi-team ad tech programs.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Own program governance, milestones, and status reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams and vendors.
- Drive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentation.
- Help gather requirements. Support requirements translation and UAT coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform systems.
- Strong ad tech or ad operations systems experience.
- Jira and Confluence required; Monday.com a plus.
- SDLC and Agile delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field.
Preferred:
- PMP / PMI certification.
- Product or business analysis exposure.
Location: Hybrid - in NY office at Hudson Yards, 3 days per week
