🚀 Operator – Precision Semiconductor Manufacturing

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Shifts Available: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 AM) | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) | 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pay: $17-19/hr

As an Operator, you’ll execute precision screen printing on thin film components used in semiconductor manufacturing for mission-critical applications. 🔧 What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment with precision
• Apply specialized paste per engineering specs
• Perform visual alignment checks and cure printed ink in furnaces
• Clean and maintain screens and machines after each run
• Ensure quality and consistency in every component

🧠 What You Bring

• Experience in production, cleanroom, or machine operation
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow technical documents
• Basic math and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

🎯 Bonus Skills

• Laser operation, electroplating, packaging, and general fabrication experience
• Familiarity with inserter machines and quality checks
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
