Job Title: Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Designer with a strong knowledge in 2D AutoCAD design and mechanical design, ideally in piping. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize 2D AutoCAD for design projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and other designers to complete projects.
• Possibly travel to client sites, approximately one day per month, to assess design needs.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD design.
• Mechanical design experience, particularly in piping.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technology field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD design.
• Piping design experience is a significant advantage.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment, working at a desk alongside a team of engineers and project managers. The team consists of seven engineers and four project managers. Occasional travel to client sites may be required, roughly once a month.
