Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with running production equipment, ensuring seamless setup, and maintaining high standards of production quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of production equipment and processes.
• Review production orders, ensuring raw materials and packaging match the Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Adhere to the production schedule, ensuring production targets are met.
• Report any production, quality, or equipment-related issues promptly.
• Ensure all shop pack paperwork is completed correctly and accurately.
• Comply with safety and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Production/Manufacturing Operator role.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and planning skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills for daily use.
• Experience and exposure to GMP and FDA protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orangeburg, NY.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
