Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Cleanroom Production Operator, where you will be responsible for compounding liquids following prescribed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and a daily schedule. This role involves stocking the production floor with required liquids, removing empty barrels, and managing the retrieval and return of customer-supplied liquids to the warehouse. Housekeeping duties are also part of this position.
Responsibilities
- Compound and mix liquids according to GMP standards and daily schedule.
- Stock production floor with necessary liquids and manage inventory.
- Remove empty barrels and handle the retrieval and return of customer-supplied liquids.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
- Minimum High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of experience in chemical handling or mixing preferred
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred
- Good math and communication skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with FDA-regulated manufacturing facilities is preferred
- Some experience in chemical mixing or batch preparation is preferred
- Team-oriented and proactive approach
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orangeburg, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
