What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide friendly and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage options.
  • Set up and break down dining areas and event spaces according to specific requirements.
  • Assist with events, including buffets and banquets.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.

How You Will Do It

  • Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

What You Will Need

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, and understand).
  • Must be a team player with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
