Customer Service Representative – Full-Time

Location: [Remote / Rochester, NY preferred]


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5-hours/week)


About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team, full-time for a seasonal position through Annual Open Enrollment for Health Insurance. This position is remote and training will begin promptly on September 2nd, running through January.

 In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inquiries related to compliance and service processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders.



What You’ll Do

  • Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy, particularly those related to audit and compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by responding promptly and courteously.
  • Avoid call handling issues such as unnecessary transfers or inappropriate use of hold.
  • Accurately input data across multiple systems during customer interactions.
  • Navigate various databases to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Clearly communicate policies and procedures during calls.
  • Build a strong understanding of our services and demonstrate technical proficiency.
  • Deliver information confidently and clearly.
  • Support team goals by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.



What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or office administration.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to follow through and take ownership of customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A curious mindset with a drive for innovation and improvement.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
