We’re hiring a Pump Assembler to join a small, tight‑knit manufacturing team that builds custom, customer‑specific pumping systems. This is not mass production or repetitive button‑pushing — every build is different, and your experience actually matters here.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and assemble custom pump systems based on customer needs
• Read and follow blueprints and technical prints
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, fit, and test components
• Work with individual parts — not a high‑volume assembly line
• Take pride in building products the right way

🧠 What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a fancy title — just real, hands‑on experience.

Required

• Ability to read blueprints and prints
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
• 5+ years of mechanical or assembly experience (or strong equivalent skill set)

Big Plus If You Have

• Plastic fabrication experience
• Plumbing experience (PVC or stainless steel piping)
• Carpentry experience
• Welding experience
• Knowledge of heat penetration when working with plastics

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
