We are hiring a Customer Care Representative on behalf of a leading environmental services company committed to sustainability and customer excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, solving problems, and contributing to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. (average 60 calls a day)
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding services, billing, and scheduling.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Educate customers on available services and promote solutions that meet their needs.
  • Support retention efforts by building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
