Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to work with a long-term contract in the educational sector.
• This role involves managing construction projects for Rochester City Schools, with 5-10 years of backlog.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects within the K-12 education sector.
• Handle extensive paperwork related to project documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with other project managers and work closely with technical teams using construction software.
• Coordinate with external engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, particularly within the K-12 education sector.
• Proficiency in construction and construction management.
• Strong program management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with experience in software similar to Procore.
• Ability to work effectively in a satellite office environment.

Work Environment

• This role is based onsite near Carlson Comedy Club or Radio Social, within a shared office space alongside other project managers.
• The office environment is collaborative, with daily interactions with team members and external partners.
• Dress code is business casual.
